Procedure

Talk to Poni Chai in Showa.
Collect 30 Toy Soldier Sword.
Return to Poni Chai (Obviously in Showa) (lol) after you have completed the what Poni Chai asked you to do.......

I know the rewards are a little wierd, but it WAS an easy quest... =D
